About Me
My journey in the digital marketing industry is fueled by a passion for crafting high-performing, engaging digital experiences that blend creativity and functionality.
Beyond the digital landscape, I find joy in hands-on projects that involve building and deconstructing in the physical world. This tactile exploration complements my technical pursuits, allowing me to approach problem-solving from a holistic perspective.

I'm currently a Senior Director on the Technology & Innovation team at Hart (formerly Rebuild), a full-service independent brand transformation agency based in Detroit. In this role, I bridge the gap between creative vision and technical execution—leading projects from discovery and architecture through implementation and optimization. Recently, I led the integration of two engineering teams post-acquisition, consolidating internal tools and workflows while coordinating data and infrastructure migration with zero downtime.
Before this, I spent nearly nine years at Rebuild as Technical Director, where I built and mentored a development team of 3-5 engineers and established the project management processes that still guide the team today. My work has always centered on creating resilient systems that scale—whether that's leading UX discovery workshops, architecting headless CMS solutions, or optimizing for performance and accessibility.
Earlier in my career, I worked on the Ford Motor Company Global UX project at both GTB and Organic, leading interaction design sprints and rapid prototyping for various Ford web properties. I also spent time at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, where I led the redesign and development of their 2012 Medicare Website, conducting user research and ensuring 508 compliance. Over the past 20 years, I've had the opportunity to work on projects for General Motors, Ascension Health, Henry Ford Health System, Kimberly Clark, Hilton, and many others.
I studied Digital Media at the College for Creative Studies in Detroit and recently earned professional certifications from Google (UX Design) and Meta (Front-End Developer, 2024). Continuous learning isn't just professional development for me—it's how I stay sharp and maintain perspective on evolving industry standards.
I'm big on music and sports! Chances are I'll bring up a show I'm currently watching, a playlist I'm looping, or something cool happening around Detroit. I'm always exploring new tech, heading outside with my family, or checking out local events. These experiences aren't just downtime for me—they fuel the creative side of my work.
I believe in the power of continuous learning and community engagement. As an active participant and leader in local tech meetups and workshops, I enjoy sharing my knowledge and staying updated with industry trends.
