Bundled, a Michigan-based company specializing in corporate gifting solutions, sought to refocus their business strategy from B2C to B2B, emphasizing their expertise in personalized corporate gifting services.

Challenge

The primary challenge was to reposition Bundled’s brand identity to align with their new B2B focus. This required a comprehensive rebranding strategy that would resonate with corporate clients and effectively communicate their specialized services.

Solution

To achieve this, we undertook the following steps:​

  1. Brand Positioning and Voice: Developed a distinct brand voice and positioning that reflects Bundled’s commitment to personalized corporate gifting solutions.​
  2. Target Audience Profiling: Enhanced the understanding of their target audience by creating detailed profiles, ensuring that messaging and services are tailored to meet the specific needs of corporate clients.​
  3. Messaging Strategy: Refined the messaging strategy to clearly convey Bundled’s expertise and the value they bring to businesses seeking customized gifting options.​
  4. Website Redesign: Designed and launched a new website that showcases their B2B capabilities.

Outcome
